Ironically the word, "enlightenment" means to lighten up.  That's what this whole process of enlightenment is doing for us, lightening our load and our lives so that we can live full out.

If anyone needs to lighten up, it has often been me, especially recently.  Several weeks ago I wrote a newsletter and posted it - or so I thought.  It went out into the ethers and no one received it.  I was upset and disappointed and had a blog I wanted to post and it couldn't go out either.

I panicked, I blamed myself and then got just plain frustrated.  These feelings didn't allow me to receive help from any realm.  I even contacted my 2 trusty website helpers and they couldn't figure it out, either.  What was I to do?  I just had to let it go.  Finally the site just needed to be completely recoded - starting over.

So if all works well with the new coding and other new changes that were made you will hopefully receive both a newsletter and a blog today.

Back to letting go and lightening up.  What did I really do?  First, I had to just quit thinking about it.  I literally let it slip from my mind.  I prostrated before bedtime.  Then I got really connected.  I received a Divine Opening.  I spent a lot of time in silence.  I connected to the Divine every chance I got.

And then  - - - - - - - I went out and played!  My birthday came and I played.  Then my former college roommate came to Colorado Springs for a gymnastic event that her son was involved in.  I joined for her a day, just having fun - talking, reminiscing, laughing and being tourists.  It was really good for my soul!
